In a broader spectrum Eljay provides IT Infrastructure solutions in India, other parts of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Africa, South America and North America. These services are rendered through various delivery models which is the key to the market segmentation.

Currently, Eljay has 3 market segmentations, which are region wise:

  • North America, Europe, Middle East & Australia:In these regions Eljay Engineering targets other Service Providers, who have the same, less or more capabilities than Eljay. Eljay provides resource based cost effective staff augmentation to their technical staff, precisely across multiple technologies such Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, Microsoft, Virtualization and SAN technologies. These services are otherwise termed as White Label support or White Label NOC support or Strategic extended support. Most of these services are rendered remotely through a set of well defined processes, in line with Information Security Standards and high end infrastructure. Eljay Engineering is one of the first companies in India to provide such strategic support on Cisco Unified Communications.

  • End Users of India and other parts of Asia:Eljay Engineering serves this market with the expertise and experience that Eljay has gained over the past many years by serving international Service Providers/ system integrators, by which Eljay provides the same standard of approach towards end users of technology in India and other parts of Asia. Since the core technologies that are involved are almost the same, the customers experience a well defined solution across the boundary of thought and imagination to fit to their current and future needs.

  • Global Onsite Support:We provide Global Onsite Support managed and co-ordinated centrally from its Global Network Operations Center in conjunction with partners’ or clients’ central management system. The network of engineers across multiple countries which Eljay has developed over a period of years is used effectively to address the concerns of the clients. These clients are mostly companies having multiple offices worldwide. These activities include a simple router replacement to a large Cisco Unified Communications migration.
